Receive Confirmation Letter

  • The online registration and payment system is optimized for PC. We highly recommend to register with PC.
  • Please open this page with Chrome; which will make it easy to register and pay.
  • If you did not receive a confirmation letter via email, please contact the secretariat (aosfst2024@gmail.com).
  • Registration fee rates only apply when you complete the registration payment within the rate period. Unless you need to register again with the next level rate.
  • One E-mail, One Registration. Attendees can modify only before the payment. If you have any difficulties regarding registration, please contact us at aosfst2024@gmail.com or +82-53-943-1400. If you are Korean and want to pay in Korean won(KRW), please set your country as South Korea.

* Students must submit proof of academic status, such as a supervisor’s confirmation letter.

  • Admission to all scientific sessions including workshop
  • Welcome reception on Oct. 21
  • Banquet on Oct. 24
  • Technical tour on Oct. 25 * If you wish to participate, you can apply during registration.
  • Refreshments during coffee breaks
  • Copy of proceedings in electronic version

Payment method

Payment details

  • Registration fees are collected on behalf of AOSFST 2024 by the secretariat, KIFSE.
  • The preferred method of payment is online card payment.

By Credit Card

  • VISA, MASTER, JCB, and AMEX card accepted.
  • The merchant name on your credit card statement will be ‘Eximbay’ for international attendees and ‘Toss payments’ for Domestic attendees.
  • In the unlikely event of a rejected online credit/debit card payment, the delegate is recommended to return to his/her online registration profile and attempt to process the payment again. Should the payment issue persist, the participant is advised to contact the card issuer/bank first to check for any potential block on the online transaction. Once this is removed, it will be possible to pay via the online payment gateway.

By Bank Transfer

  • The sender should pay all bank remittance charges.
  • To confirm your payment, please send the remittance via e-mail (aosfst2024@gmail.com).
  • Please check bank details as account numbers for Korean and international banks are different.

Cancellation Policy

  • The Secretariat must be notified by e-mail of cancellations.
  • The cancellation dates are based on Korean Standard Time. (KST, UTC+09:00)
  • Registration fee is refundable after deducting any necessary expenses already incurred.
  • There will be no refund for a “NO SHOW” registrant, and the organizers will not entertain requests to mail out conference publications and materials to such individuals.
  • If you use a wire transfer to pay, the transaction fee will also be deducted from the registration fee
